Entwicklung und Prävention von Störungen durch Substanzkonsum

Zusammenfassung. In Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung von Störungen durch Substanzkonsum im Jugendalter werden verschiedene Entwicklungspfade diskutiert. Es liegen vor allem empirische Befunde zum Zusammenhang von aggressiv-dissozialem Verhalten und Störungen durch Substanzkonsum vor. Insgesamt ist eine hohe Auftretensrate komorbider Störungen vor allem im Bereich Störungen durch Substanzkonsum und aggressiv-dissozialem Verhalten zu beobachten; sowohl hinsichtlich Ätiologie und Diagnostik als auch für Prävention und Therapie liegen wichtige Erkenntnisse vor. Es wird ein Überblick über den aktuellen Forschungsstand und Hinweise auf effektive Präventionsprogramme für Kinder mit aggressiv-dissozialem Verhalten gegeben, die bereits in der frühen Kindheit ansetzen, um auf diese Weise eine negative Entwicklung zu verhindern.

Development and prevention of substance use disorders

Abstract. Several pathways are discussed in association with substance use disorders. The paper aims to address the connection of conduct disorders in early childhood and later substance use disorders in consideration of current empirical results. Numerous theories exist on the course of substance use disorders in adolescence, a wide spread comorbidity of conduct disorder in early childhood is often discussed. Both etiology and diagnostic and prevention and therapy include important findings. Conclusions are drawn concerning the current developmental status of prevention programs and behavior in a reasonable manner. Therefore conduct disorders can be controlled to inhibit a negative course.
