Supervisionsformate in der Forensischen Klinik

Zusammenfassung. Der Aufsatz lädt die Leser ein, die Organisationskultur und die Systemumwelt einer totalen Institution Forensik kennen zu lernen. Das besondere Aufgabenprofil für unterschiedliche supervisorische Settings in dieser Institution (Einzelsupervision, Gruppen- und Teamsupervision) wird herausgearbeitet. In einem dritten Schritt werden schließlich die Möglichkeiten ausgeleuchtet, die dem Interventionsinstrument Supervision innerhalb der überall geforderten Klinikreformen zukommen kann.

Types of Supervision in a Forensic Clinic

Abstract. This article provides insight into the organizational culture and the system environments of a total institution "forensic". The specific task and requirements for different settings (i.e. individual, group and team counseling) will be discussed. Finally, the possible role of supervision in the course of the overall demanded clinic reform is illuminated.
