Die Bedeutung der stationären Psychotherapie bei psychosomatischen Erkrankungen

Zusammenfassung: Die stationäre Psychotherapie psychosomatisch Kranker wird in ihren Konzepten, Therapiemethoden, Indikationen und in ihrer Wirksamkeit dargestellt und dann die Frage aufgeworfen, ob es bei der künftigen Abrechnung nach den „Diagnosis Related Groups“ (DRG) noch eine stationäre Psychotherapie geben kann. Als mögliche Alternative werden Gedanken zur Entwicklung eines „stationär-ambulanten Netzwerks“ entwickelt, das Kliniken und Praxen bei der Durchführung von stationärer Intervalltherapie und ambulanter Behandlung verbindet.

The role of inpatient psychotherapy in psychosomatic diseases

Abstract: After presenting the concepts, therapeutic methods, indications and effectivity of inpatient psychotherapy of psychosomatic patients, the question will be asked as to whether future billing according to „diagnosis-related groups“ (DRG) will leave room for inpatient psychotherapy. Ideas about creating an „inpatient-outpatient network“ will be developed as possible alternatives, which would connect hospitals and private practices for carrying out inpatient interval therapy and outpatient treatment.
