Women between individuation and self-in-relation

BELL, K.

Individuation and self-in-relation are mostly experienced as antagonistic spheres, which can lead to conflicts for men and women. Because of their intrapsychic development and sociocultural environment, these conflicts show themselves in a specific way for women.

The relationship between mother and daughter, feminine moral ideas and fear of success play a part in this.

Keywords: women, individuation, self-in-relation, mother and daughter, moral, fear
