The CARDIOVASCULAR ENGINEERING Journal for Extracorporeal Circulation, Assist Devices, Transplantation and Artificial Organs (CVE) is conceived as a peer-reviewed international journal. It publishes editorials, original articles, clinical reports, laboratory reports, reviews, medical and technical intelligence articles, special articles, letters to the editor and book reviews. The journal, open to scientists in medical and industrial institutions, carries on the dialogue between physicians, technologists and pharmacists.
